A 501C3 Organization
Our purpose is to reduce poverty and build gender equity by providing networking, professional mentoring, and education to individuals experiencing economic hardship. We accomplish this by helping to overcome employment barriers so that participants may STEP UP to STEP AHEAD in their personal and professional lives.
Our initiatives are supported by WIN Womens Interactive Network, LLC and include the WIN Resource Center, the WIN Workforce Development Program and the WIN-Spirations Program.
We serve individuals that are 18 years of age and older, eligible for Medicaid, mental health diagnosis and/or IDD with employment barriers due to social determinants of health.
Our participants include men, women and young adults that reside in Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties and most importantly, have a strong desire to participate in the voluntary programs.
We are seeking skilled professionals and experts to support a variety of Director and Officer roles. Individuals that are interested in learning more should submit an application along with a resume and cover letter. We will discuss with each applicant your unique experiences and qualifications as to how you may best serve on the WIN Team.
These are volunteer opportunities.
